Overbuild – Private Development
The Carter Dawson team commenced construction of the private development portion of The Banks in December of 2009. Phase 1 of The Banks includes 300 luxury apartments and 80,000 sf of street-level retail above underground parking and is on-track for a Spring 2011 delivery.
Construction on the project continues to march towards completion. On Block 26, the building skin and interior finishes are being installed. On Block 16, structure work is wrapping up, which will allow for building skin and interior construction.
