Carter and The Dawson Company were selected by the City of Cincinnati and Hamilton County to serve as Master Developers for the 18-acre Banks mixed-use project. Carter has also served as Program Manager for the construction of the City and County-funded parking garage and infrastructure components of the project.

Most notable is Lindbergh City Center, a 49-acre, mixed-use, transit-oriented development in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. The team has developed two million square feet for this project alone.
