Private Development Opportunities: Development of The Banks is currently well-underway and expected to span a 10-year period. As a result, there will be various opportunities for many types of business and individuals to become a part of this project. Opportunities range from supplying construction services and commodities to providing professional services. As opportunities become available, the appropriate bidding processes will commence.
