The Banks is located on the riverbank of the Ohio River in downtown Cincinnati at the foot of the historic Roebling Suspension Bridge which connects Kentucky to Southern Ohio. Spanning from the river to the Central Business District (south to north) and from Paul Brown Stadium to the Great American Ball Park (west to east), the site encompass 18 acres in the heart of Cincinnati. The site is also adjacent to Riverfront Park (under development) and the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center.
The Banks is centrally located in Cincinnati’s Central Business District and is immediately accessible by all of the region’s major transit corridors and interstates, including I-71, I-75, and I-471.
