Bounded by the Bengals and the Reds stadiums, the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center and the Ohio River and 45-acre Riverfront Park, The Banks is arguably one of the most exciting new eatertainment districts in the country. In immediate proximity to more than three million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Cincinnati, the first phase of The Banks will include 80,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants, entertainment and other interesting retail concepts.

In immediate proximity to more than three million square feet of Class A office space in downtown Cincinnati, the first phase of The Banks will include 80,000 square feet of street-level retail and restaurants, entertainment and other interesting retail concepts.

The Banks will eventually include up to three-million-square-feet, including up to a million square feet of Class A office space, up to 1,500 residential units, a 200-key hotel, and the new 45-acre Riverfront Park, all driving a steady stream of traffic through the site. A -space parking structure will provide plenty of secure parking for visitors and residents of The Banks.
